Great food and awesome patio experience. Incredible service and very attentive! Highly recommend chicken dishes and a glass of chardonnay to compliment.

Food and service was terrible. My friend and I ordered a quesadilla and chicken tacos and we waited over 45 minutes to get our food, the place was not packed at all. Then the next day, I realized I was charged twice, once for my order and a $38 charge for who knows what. I called right away to figure out what had happened and I was told there was no manager on duty to help me out. So I called the following day and again, there was no one available to help me. I was told to come in after 3pm to talk to a manger. So I drive 40 minutes through traffic to get there to speak with someone and I was told that the manger wasn't available to help.... so I wait 30+ minutes until I am finally able to speak to the manager and get my money back. This was all so ridiculous and unprofessional, I like el Loro but I DO NOT recommend this location.

We didn't get to eat because the manager would not accept a promo that we had. He even had me email it to him, which I thought was odd.
However, the server was pleasant, the happy drink was small but adequate, and the house dip they have was incredible.
Too bad the manager did let us eat, the food might have been good. -

It's been about 8 years since I've been to an El Loro so I thought I would give it another try. Overall experience was nice. We ordered the fajitas and queso dip. The steak was very tender, no fatty pieces at all and the grilled veggies were excellent. The queso dip was very Good as well, it's not as thick as normal queso dip and the taste is more towards the flavor of authentic Mexican cheese, which I like. A word of caution though, if you're like me and like your Mexican food more authentic, like west coast Mexican food, almost all the burritos come with Nacho sauce on top so you have to ask for for a different sauce or none at all. Nacho sauce belongs on Taco Bell nachos! However, the service was good as well as the chips and salsa and I'll be coming back.

First time here, a little leery but low star ratings seemed older. No need to fear. Food was excellent, server was great. Seafood chimi was chock full of tasty seafood, fried tortilla could have been a little crispier. SO's chick enchilada was very good. Both plates were loaded with tasty yellow rice, avocado, lettuce etc. Had to box leftovers, unusual for me. Patio was a little trafficy, but acceptable. Will be back.
